The Romanian broadcaster TVR hosted the JESC in 2006. Because TVR are keen on the contest, it will be surprising if they do not participate in 2007. Facts:
- Bubu from 2003 was born in the Netherlands.
- In 2004, TVR received only 21 songs, of which 7 didn't follow the rules.

It should be noted that when Romania held the contest in 2006, the three previous Romanian entries performed a remix of their songs while the votes were being counted.
