Roman Zentsov (IPA: r̠ʌ'man z̺ʲɛn'ʐəf; Russian: Роман Зенцов) is a Russian heavyweight mixed martial arts fighter in the PRIDE Fighting Championships, a major MMA organization based in Japan.

Roman is part of the Red Devil Sports Club and he trains extensively with Fedor Emelianenko, current heavyweight PRIDE champion. Recently Zentsov has shown substantial improvement, winning his last 4 fights in a dominating fashion, including a devastating KO over a renowned striker and UFC veteran Pedro Rizzo on 24th second of round one. Fedor considers Roman to be the best Russian MMA fighter after himself and his brother. Roman's head coach is a Muay Thai champion Ruslan Nagnibeda. Roman Zentsov's nickname is "The Russian Hammer".
