The Roman Catholic Diocese of Mackenzie-Fort Smith is a Roman Catholic diocese that includes part of the Northwest Territories of Canada. It is currently led by Bishop Denis Croteau.

As of 2004, the diocese contains 46 parishes, 4 active diocesan priests, 7 religious priests, and 28,000 Catholics. It also has 16 Women Religious, 8 Religious Brothers, and 3 permanent deacons.
