The Roman Catholic Diocese of Kotor is an ecclesiastical territory or diocese of the Roman Catholic Church of Croatia in Boka Kotorska, Montenegro. It is centred in the city of Kotor. It was erected as a diocese in the 10th century.
The diocese's cathedral is the Cathedral of Saint Tryphon in Kotor. Ilija Janjić currently serves as bishop in the diocese.
While located geographically in Montenegro, the bishopric is part of the Catholic Church in Croatia, as it was historically linked to Croatia and its faithful are largely Croats.
