The Diocese of Broken Bay is a Roman Catholic diocese in the Broken Bay region of New South Wales, Australia. It was separated from the Archdiocese of Sydney in 1986.

It extends from Wyoming to Manly and to Pennant Hills.

The Most Reverend David Louis Walker DD MTh is the Bishop of Broken Bay. His predecessor was the Most Reverend Patrick Laurence Murphy DD (1986-1996). The Cathedral of the Diocese is Corpus Christi Cathedral, the parish church of St Ives on Sydney's North Shore.
