Roman Catholic Diocese of Beaumont

The Roman Catholic Diocese of Beaumont (Latin: Dioecesis Bellomontensis) is a Roman Catholic diocese covering thirteen counties and portions of two others in Texas. The diocese was founded in September 29, 1966; the first bishop was Most Rev. Vincent M. Harris, D.D.[1]
