Role playing game convention

Role Playing Gaming Conventions are events organized for groups of role playing game players to meet and participate in their favorite game. Some events are huge, and have been around for decades with hundreds of tables and many thousands of participants, others are very small and are not much more than a slightly more formal gathering of the usual role playing game session around a single table.
Some of the largest, and longest running rpg conventions include, but are not limited to:

- InCon
Some smaller, more specialized events, that are focused specifically on role playing gaming (usually with a specific theme or campaign setting) include:
- SpoCon
- MerpCon
