Rolando Roomes (born February 15, 1962 in Kingston, Jamica), is a former professional baseball player who played in the Major Leagues primarily as an outfielder from 1988-1990.

  • Roomes is one of only a few players to make the transition from cricket to baseball.
  • In 1989 with the Reds, Roomes tied a Major League record with fewest walks in a 100 strikeout season. He walked just 13 times and struck out 100.
