Roland S. Boreham Jr.

Roland Stanford "Bud" Boreham (2 September 1924—5 February 2006) was an American businessman best known for building Baldor Electric in Fort Smith, Arkansas into an international corporation.
After graduating Beverly Hills High School, he earned bachelor’s degrees in physics and meteorology and completed graduate studies in electrical engineering at UCLA. He joined the Army Air Corps and served in the Pacific during World War II.
Beginning as a sales manager at Baldor, he rose to the position of chairman of the board during his 40 years' service. In 2002 he was inducted into the Arkansas Business Hall of Fame.
