Roger Carol Michael Nathan (born 5 December 1922) is an English hereditary peer.

Roger Nathan succeeded his father as the 2nd Baron Nathan in 1963. He has led a successful business career and lives at Collyers Farm at Lickfold in Sussex. His heir is his son, the Honourable Rupert Nathan.
