Rogatien Biaou

Rogatien Biaou is a diplomat from Benin. Born May 19, 1952, in Savé, Benin, he was the Foreign Minister of Benin from June 12, 2003 to February 16, 2006. He was fired after Benin President Mathieu Kerekou discovered Biaou's sale of land surrounding the Embassy of Benin in Washington to a U.S. company in 2002 was corrupt.[1]
