Rodat District

Rodat is a district in the centre of Nangarhar Province, Afghanistan, south of Jalalabad. Its population, which is 100% Pashtun, was estimated at 85,000 in 2002, of whom 19,000 were children under 12.
In 2004, part of Rodat district was separated off to become the new Kot district.
