Rod Tidwell is a supporting character from the film Jerry Maguire. He is played by Cuba Gooding Jr., who won a Best Supporting Actor Oscar Award for the role. The character's most famous line from the movie is "Show me the money!"

He is a NFL player, who is represented by Jerry Maguire. He isn't wanted and is currently on the Arizona Cardinals. He is not making enough money for him to provide for his family. In his break through season, he had a career year. In a game in which the Cardinals needed to win, he caught the game winning touchdown.

Tidwell, has a wife, and a child. He also has a baby girl, who was born at the end of the movie. He lives with his brother. He has another brother with one leg.
