Rod Robbie

Roderick George Robbie, O.C., LL.D., F.R.A.I.C. (born 1928) is a Canadian architect. He is known for his design of the Canada Pavilion at Expo 67 and Toronto's Rogers Centre.

Born in Poole, England, he is an architect and Chairman Emeritus at Robbie/Young + Wright Architects Inc. in Toronto.

In 2003, he was made an Officer of the Order of Canada as "an architect known for his innovation". [1] In 1989, he was made a Fellow of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada.

In 2001, he was awarded an honorary degree from Dalhousie University.

He has four children and three grandchildren.
