[edit] Welcome

Hello, Rockrunnercard, and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}} on your user page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and vote pages using three tildes, like this: ~~~. Four tildes (~~~~) produces your name and the current date. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome! --Psy guy (talk) 20:27, 23 September 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Star Wars

I noticed some good edits on Tatooine. If you are knowledgeable about planets in Star Wars, may I suggest List of Star Wars planets? It is always in need of attention. --Maru (talk) 18:09, 24 September 2005 (UTC)

Remember to always sign all of your posts on talk pages. Typing four tildes after your comment ( ~~~~ ) will insert a signature showing your username and a date/time stamp, which is very helpful. Jtkiefer T | @ | C ----- 02:58, 26 September 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Tables

Hey- cool down the tone on the tables alright? This is an encylopedia, or is supposed to be one, anyways. --Maru (talk) 21:54, 10 October 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Clone Wars edits

Just a friendly reminder, but, when you edit the clone wars or any article, please use the "preview" button before you save the page. That way the edit history of the page isn't so long. The Wookieepedian 22:57, 10 October 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Specialized Stormtroopers

Your article on "Specialized Stromtroopers" contains information already contained in the article on Imperial Stormtroopers. So I redirected it. (#REDIRECT Imperial Stormtrooper)--Gaff talk 04:04, 15 October 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Vandalism

Blanking content, damaging the article or adding nonsense, derogatory/insulting language or profanity to Wikipedia is considered vandalism. Such activity will lead to you being blocked. Stop now! Thank you. Gator1 02:30, 16 October 2005 (UTC)

This is for removing deletion tag AGAINPlease stop. If you continue to vandalize pages, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. (there was an "or")Gator1 02:33, 16 October 2005 (UTC)

This is for remnoving the above tags, you're not allowed to do that either.

This is your last warning. The next time you vandalize a page, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Gator1 02:33, 16 October 2005 (UTC)

You removed the tag after I told you (and it says right on it) that it's not to be removed (vandalism #1)

Then you balnked the AFD vote section (clear vandalism #2)

Then you removed the vandalism tags from your talk page (vandalism #3). Now you know. So please stop.Gator1 02:37, 16 October 2005 (UTC)

I am sorry for my faults. I will not attempt to blank anything anymore... How do you write to a person as you are writing to me? I have still not quite figured that out. You seem to be more of a "Wikipedian" anyway. Perhaps you could tell me. Thanks. I thought my page was more personal and I could freely edit it. Again i apologize.

No problem. Just click on the user name of the person you want to speak with and then go to their talk page.Gator1 02:44, 16 October 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Don't worry about it

I know how you feel (see my talk page (not archive) under Searport, Maine). Some people (even me sometimes) really do assume bad faith with certain edits because there is just so much vandalism and POV editing here. I apologize. Stick with it and try and ignore it(I need to take my own advice). Some users love to jump down your throat. Some people here get a real sense of power (either their an admin of have been here for a whole 6 months and (think they) know how everything works), get full of themselves and think they're important and that they're doing something REALLY important here. When in fact they're just computer geeks with no lives like the rest of us LOL. Just remember that and it will keep things in perspective here. Have fun and think of me as a friend (and a newbie like you).Gator1 13:27, 16 October 2005 (UTC)
