[edit] Embryos are alive?
I have taken this off the talk page because it is off topic. However, you claimed that there is debate over whether embryos are alive. At least in the scientific sense of the word, there is no debate over this at all. They are just as alive as your liver, or your skin cells, or a leaf on a tree, or e. coli. If the cells in the embryo were not alive, then the embryo would never develop into a fetus.--Andrew c 03:02, 19 May 2006 (UTC)
