Robert "Rocky" Meehan, Superfan #1 of the Chicago Bears Football team. 'Rocky' wore a #1 Bears Tee Shirt and held a megaphone and led the Chicago Bears Fans with cheers to cheer the team to Victory during the Bears Games at Soldier Field. He appeared as a self appointed superfan and mascot with the Bears from the 1970's to the 1980's. He also cheered with the Chicago Bears Honey Bears Cheerteam. He led the Chicago Bears Zazoo Marching Band Fan Club down State street, consisting of fans wearing Bears jersey's, and playing kazoos and cheering, once a year in the Chicago St. Patrick's Day Parade. They met at Dyners Restaurant, Grand & State, Chicago, Illinois, the home of the Chicago Bears Marching Band Fan Club, Fan club of Rocky! 'Rocky' was well liked and handed out autographed pictures of himself to anyone who wanted them. "Rocky" was a Chicago Legend in his own time.
