Rockland St. Mary is a village in South Norfolk which lies about five miles south east of Norwich.

Rockland Broad is linked to the River Yare by two dykes: the Short Dyke and the Fleet Dyke. Rockland Staithe links the village to the broad. The pub 'The New Inn' lies at the village end of the staithe. The furniture manufacturer David Potter Ltd has its premises in the village.

Rockland St. Mary lies between Surlingham, Bramerton and Claxton.
