[edit] History
The band, originally named Rock Productions Ministries, was formed in Bradford in 2002. The current name was thought up because "RPM" can also stand for "revolutions per minute".[citation needed]
On 2 October 2004, they recorded their first CD; this was a seven-song live EP entitled RPM: Live. The mini-album, released in April 2005, was met with middling reviews.[citation needed]
On 15 October 2005, the band recorded their first full-length album, I Surrender All. This was much better acclaimed critically at its April 2006 pre-release. It was officially released on 9 June 2006.
In February and March 2007, RPM also embarked on a UK tour with Canadian band downhere.[1]
