Rock Lake Middle School is a school in Longwood, Florida in the Seminole County School District. The school mascot is a Raider, and the colors are maroon, navy blue, and silver. The principal is Dr. Walsh

The school was built in 1980 and currently houses over 900 students. In the 1990's, the school was attended by the actress Mandy Moore, before she moved onto Bishop Moore High School.

The school consists of many different teams of teachers, referred to by students as "pods" There are three teams per grade, and each student is sperated into the team that fits their academic needs.
