Rochester International Jazz Festival

Established in 2002, the Rochester International Jazz Festival takes place in June of each year, in Rochester, New York.
The festival is held at multiple venues throughout the downtown Rochester area including the Eastman Theatre [1], Kilbourn Hall at the Eastman School of Music, The Little Theatre, and several small clubs and restaurants. In addition, free concerts are presented on two outdoor stages.
In 2006, attendance was estimated at a record 80,000 for the 170 concerts presented.
