Rocheport is a city in Boone County, Missouri, United States. It is part of the Columbia, Missouri Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 208 at the 2000 census.

Rocheport is located at 38°58′46″N, 92°33′44″W (38.979488, -92.562355)GR1.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.7 km² (0.3 mi²), all land.

As of the censusGR2 of 2000, there were 208 people, 101 households, and 55 families residing in the city. The population density was 297.4/km² (774.7/mi²). There were 122 housing units at an average density of 174.5/km² (454.4/mi²). The racial makeup of the city was 88.94% White, 3.37% African American, 1.44% Native American, 1.44% Asian, 0.48% from other races, and 4.33% from two or more races.

There were 101 households out of which 20.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 45.5% were married couples living together, 5.9% had a female householder with no husband present, and 44.6% were non-families. 37.6% of all households were made up of individuals and 17.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.06 and the average family size was 2.73.

In the city the population was spread out with 17.8% under the age of 18, 5.3% from 18 to 24, 28.4% from 25 to 44, 27.4% from 45 to 64, and 21.2% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 44 years. For every 100 females there were 80.9 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 72.7 males.

The median income for a household in the city was $32,188, and the median income for a family was $45,156. Males had a median income of $30,625 versus $20,313 for females. The per capita income for the city was $21,483. About 3.5% of families and 4.9% of the population were below the poverty line, including none of those under the age of eighteen and 7.0% of those sixty five or over.

Rocheport is near the middle of the Katy Trail, a 225 mile long bike path stretching across the state of Missouri.
