Roccaromana is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Caserta in the Italian region Campania, located about 50 km north of Naples and about 25 km northwest of Caserta. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,045 and an area of 27.1 km².^[1]

The municipality of Roccaromana contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Statigliano and Santa Croce.

Here is born on September 10th 1915 Antonio Senese. Poet, writer honoured by the President of the Italian Republic with the title of [["Grand'Ufficiale"]] of the Italian Republic. Winning for his book of Poetries “POESIE” 1970 (Loffredo Editore. Napoli) with the National Prize of the Culture (Premio Nazionale Della Cultura). Journalist correspondent of the most important daily paper of the South Italy: “[[[Il Mattino]]]" of [Naples]. Mayor of [Roccaromana] for various legislatures, He Married Lucia Di Costanzo. They had a son [[[Maurizio C. Senese]]]. He's dead to Santa Croce on October 8th 1982 and he has been buried in the chapel of family.
