Martha Rocío Cárdenas del Castillo (December 30, 1975 in Monterrey) is a Mexican actress and host which began her career after winning the first Mexican edition of Big Brother.

She was one of the hosts on the TV show Hoy and had a role on the telenovelas La Madrastra and Rebelde.
