I, J. Lynn "Sana Jisushi" -surname omitted for privacy reasons-, believe that this image constitutes fair use because: -it is a poor-quality image of a game cover; -it does not keep the game from being sold; -said game has been out of print since the late 1990s; -the image is significant because it illustrates the game in question.
