Thanks for uploading Image:JDSUchrtsrv.gif. Wikipedia gets hundreds of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

I noticed you changed the 2005 net income and revenue figures for Global Crossing. Please see the definition of revenue as it applies to US companies. This is the amount of money that the corporation receives. It is almost impossible for this number to be negative, and in this case the figure is positive as indicated on page IV-38 of Global Crossing's 2005 annual report. Similarly, please see the same page of their 2005 annual report for the correct Net Income figure. My understanding is that this figure should be the line labeled "NET INCOME (LOSS)" which is $(354), not "INCOME (LOSS) APPLICABLE TO COMMON SHAREHOLDERS" which is $(358). —Jnk[talk] 00:39, 1 June 2006 (UTC)

Your edits to the 3Com page indicated that the revenue was negative. This value is positive. You also indicated their net income (loss) by using {{profit}}-. It's clearer to simply put in {{loss}}, rather than indicating a negative profit. Hello and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I noticed that you've uploaded a number of images in the GIF format. In the future, please save GIF images in the PNG format before converting (see Wikipedia:Preparing images for upload). PNG images almost always have a smaller file size, which decreases the amount of time they take to load.
