Welcome to my user page,

I was thinking, why not update my user page? And so I did.

I'm in my last year of Dutch grammar school (called 'gymnasium'); I'm 18 years old and I live in the Netherlands (but maybe you figured that out already). From September 2007 onwards, I would like and I'm intending to study at Utrecht University. I want to study something called "Taal- en cultuurstudies", which translated from Dutch to English means "Language and Culture Studies". What master or what carreer I'm going to pursue afterwards I don't know.

My fields of interest include history, language, culture, religion, literature, linguistics, and mythology. Note: my fields of interest aren't espiacally my areas of expertise, so do not hesitate to point out errors, inconsistencies, etc. to me! I'm willing to learn, as I believe everybody is on Wikipedia.
