Rob McDougall is a first year student at Northern Essex Community College seeking a major in Political Science, though he intends on transferring to the University of New Hampshire. He was born in, and resides in, the state of New Hampshire. He is an American citizen of British ancestry, predominantly Scottish; specifically Highland Scots, Ulster-Scots, & Anglo-Scot. His father's ancestry traces back to Clan MacDougall of Oban (Argyle), Scotland. During the Highland Clearances his lineage moved to Ulster and then on to North America as a result of the Irish Famine. Roots on his mother's side are from Clan Buchanan and are a majority Scottish with a small amount of English. Rob is a follower of the Protestant religion. He is a rabid follower of Scottish football and is a loyal supporter of Rangers FC as well as Scotland's national football team. Rob also follows the New Hampshire Wildcats Men's and Women's hockey teams.
