I removed the {{noncompliant}} tag. I think it needs some explaination. How does the person who applied the tag feel the article is noncompliant? I also removed the following statement:

The Computer Science Department of the College of Engineering of the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile has honored Dr. Kegan by naming one of its most powerful servers after him (although it is unclear whether the name Kegan refers to this Dr. Kegan or another).

Seriously, how can we say "it is unclear whether the name Kegan refers to this Dr. Kegan or another"?? Anyway no ref, so I snipped it. At least we should find out if this is the right professor before making this statement. --DanielCD 01:50, 30 January 2007 (UTC)
