[edit] Please give your input for this article.
This cartoonist, Rob Tornoe, draws for several major papers and organizations like the Boy Scouts. Links to his school exist on this wiki and the drop-out rate there is 30% according to our wiki article on the Joe Kubert School of Cartoon and Graphic Art. You can see some of his alums plus this stub linked to the Wikipedia:WikiProject Comics. I will need to see how that link works because I have not created a stub article before. I promise to take this article under my wings and contribute to it. I ask you for input, please. My thanks to User:SWAdair in proposing I create this stub on my talkpage. Please see our conversation if you do not believe me. Thanks, ronbo76
