Rob Burton is in over his head as a Mayor. Progress has been extremely slow since he took over as he relies on councillors to teach him governing rules that he is not apparent of. If you watch town councillor on channel 23, you can see that at many times he over steps his power and the rules of a council meeting. Several of his campaign "promises" are also impossible for him to keep unless he is to convince a majority of council to vote with him on the subject.
