In the story it is explained that it is time for Doraemon's younger sister - Dorami-chan to graduate from the Robot School. But a mysterious wind sucks Doraemon and the principal away. Dorami escapes, and finds Doraemon's Good Friend Telepathy Card. This is a device Doraemon uses to communicate with his friends--collectively known as The Doraemons.

As Dorami awaits The Doraemons, she prays to a stained-glass window that has a prince design upon it. Suddenly, Dora The Kid, Dorami's secret crush, bursts in with Ed, his robotic horse. They talk about Robot School's main computer--Mommy#14 and her predecessor--Daddy#13. The mysterious wind blows again, and Dorami, Dora The Kid and Ed try to escape. Dora The Kid and Dorami do so, with Dora The Kid firing his Air Gun repeatedly, blowing them into the air, but Ed is sucked away.

Dora The Kid and Dorami fall into the basement of Robot School, where they find art which is made of students! A creating robot (a robot that can make anything, due to thousands of tools on its many arms.) tries to stick the two robotic cats into glue, but Wang Dora, a robotic cat adept at kung fu (and another member of The Doraemons) appears and knocks the creating robot against a wall. He begins battling with the creating robot and as Dora The Kid tries to help, he and Dorami are rocketed into a wastebin titled: "inflammable garbage", because the creating robot had made his Air Gun into a model of the Statue Of Liberty. Wang Dora breaks the electric plug of the creating robot, immoblising it, but gets electrified in doing so.

As the story progress, it is revealed that Dora The Kid and Dorami are about to fall in a huge "pool" of fire, When Dora Med The Third, a magical member of The Doraemons catches them with his Magic Carpet. They fly into a music classroom, only to find hundreds of pupils asleep on the floor. A magic organ pipe is hypnotising them. Dora Med The Third and Dorami quickly cover their ears, but Dora The Kid is already sound asleep. Dora Med The Third uses his Magic Flute to blow the hyptonising waves back, but the magic organ pipe breaks the Magic Flute. Dora Med The Third becomes really angry at the loss of his gadget, and becomes a giant (as he does when he gets angry). He smashes the magic organ pipe with one blow. The pipes of the magic organ pipe stick into the celing, and water gushes out of them onto Dora Med The Third, who shrinks to his normal size due to hydrophobia.

As all this is happening, Dorami and Dora The Kid smash into the gym, because they don't know how to control a Magic Carpet. Several robotic high-jump boxes fall on Dorami, but Dora The Kid fights them off with a tennis racket. This only angers them, and they surround Dorami and Dora The Kid. Just as they're about to do the two robotic cats in, El Matadora, a member of The Doraemons who likes to show-off, blows them away with his Magic Cape. As Dorami and Dora The Kid hurry to safety, the robotic high-jump boxes gang up on El Matadora, only to be defeated by his great strength. As soon as he defeats them, El Matadora sees several cushions nearby and immediately falls for his weakness--napping.

Dorami and Dora The Kid arrive at the cooking classroom, and Dorami makes dorayaki for Dora The Kid. Dora The Kid eats it in one gulp, and asks for more, but Dorami explains there are no more ingredients in the classroom. In his anger, Dora The Kid pulls open a refrigerator in search for more. The fridge morphs into a hairy-looking white robot that blows cold wind, encasing everything in ice and snow. Dora The Kid sees several robots encased in ice behind them, including...Dora Nichov, a member of The Doraemons who transforms into a wolf when he sees something round. Quick as a flash, Dora The Kid pulls Dorami's ears over her head, forming a sphere. Dora Nichov bursts out of the ice, and Dora The Kid feeds him chili sauce. Dora Nichov breathes fire whenever he eats anything spicy, and easily takes care of the robotic fridge. However, he has inflamed everything. Dorami and Dora The Kid escape into the science classroom, but Dora Nichov is trapped inside a ring of fire.

Dorami and Dora The Kid finally meet Dora Riño, the last member of The Doraemons, a somewhat forgetful soccer player. A robotic Triceratops skeleton charges them, but Dora Riño uses his speed to rush ap the celing and kick a model of the earth down, smashing the robotic Triceratops skeleton. Suddenly, electric wires drop down from the celing and grab Dora Riño, pulling him up and out of sight.

Dora The Kid rushes up to the second floor, braving his fear of heights, with Dorami following. They arrive to see Mommy#14 has been controlled and shut down with control rings. The mysterious wind blows once more, but Dora The Kid figures the mystery out--it's a vacuum cleaner. Dorami closes the vacuum cleaner, and our two main characters fall through a hole in the ground. What they saw was Daddy#13, angry at being apparently abandoned. Dorami explains that they were simply letting him rest, but Daddy#13 would have none of it. He summons the rest of The Doraemons, each of them controlled by control wires. They try to put the control wires on Dora The Kid, but his hat is actually his four-dimensional clothing which The Doraemons put their gadgets in, and thus impervious to control brainwaves. The sight of the Good Friend Telepathy Card is enough to awaken the rest of The Doraemons, except for Doraemon. They each take out their own Good Friend Telepathy Cards (with Dorami substituting for Doraemon), and use the power of friendship to blow all evil away from Daddy#13.

The epilogue shows the successful graduation ceremony for Dorami, Mommy#14 and Daddy#13 both becoming main computers, the other robots being fixed and Dorami giving Dora The Kid a new Air Gun, both blushing, and the rest of The Doraemons sniggering behind a tree.
