Robot Randy is the second episode in the second season of Courage the Cowardly Dog. It is about a robot from outer space who wants to carve wooden reindeer, but is forced to conquer a planet by his warlike race, so he goes to invade Earth.

Randy, a robot from another world (who talks just like Christopher Walken) is ridiculed for his peaceful nature by his violent species. They send him to invade Earth to earn their respects. Typically Randy lands in Nowhere at the farmhouse, where he enslaves the Bagges and makes them build stone sculptures of him. Courage discovers his passion for making wooden reindeer and tries to reason with him. After a break-dancing competition, Randy confesses his low self-esteem. Muriel tells him how good he is at making the wooden reindeer, and Courage suggests he sell them. Randy thanks them for helping him by giving them his entire reindeer collection. He then leaves. Back on his home planet, Randy is a big success, although one robot asks him if he can make anything else. Randy blasts him with his laser gun.

First appearance of Robot Randy. As with most of the minor characters, he is introduced with one major episode, and his future appearances are brief cameos. The same can be said for characters like the Precious Duckling, Jambon and the two sinister deliverymen. Other minor characters like the Old Man and Di Lung have major appearances in future episodes.
