Robin Stirling is a DUP councillor in Ballymena. An ex school teacher. He stands in the Braid ward and has been voted in every election since he first stood in 2001.

Recently in opposition to the DUP's plans to consider sharing power with Sinn Fein Stirling along with five other Ballymena councillors announced they weren't canvassing on behalf of the party for the forthcoming assembly elections. http://www.dup.org.uk/CanProfile.asp?CandidateID=135
