Robin Nedwell (27 September 1946 - 1 February 1999) was an English actor. He was well-known for his role of Duncan Waring in the television and movie comedy series, "Doctor in the House".
He was born in Birmingham, England. Most of his movies were designed for television and, apart from the "Doctor" series, included "Cluedo" (1990), "The Zany Adventures of Robin Hood" (1984) and "The Lovers" (1970).
His death in Southampton occurred under strange circumstances. He fell off a ladder, requiring some stitches, which were inserted at a hospital. He went home but felt unwell for a couple of days so went to a doctor's surgery and, while there, suffered a heart attack and died. He left his widow, Heather Inglis (to whom he had been married since 1982) and a daughter, Amie.
