Robertsfors Municipality is a Municipality in Västerbotten County, in northern Sweden. The municipality covers an area of 1298.0 km². Of the total population of 7307, 3670 are male, and 3637 are female. The population density of the community is 6 inhabitants per km².

The municipal seat is located in the town Robertsfors, with circa 2,000 inhabitants. The two other municipal towns are: Bygdeå, Ånäset.

Although the largest of the municipal towns is Robertsfors, the oldest of the town is Byggdeå. The modern municipality almost entirely comprises the Bygdeå Court District, which was mentioned earliest in 1314. A wooden church is believed to have existed before this date, however it was replaced by a stone church in 1539.
