Roberto Hernández (born March 6, 1967 in Limonar, Matanzas) is a retired Cuban sprints athlete who specialized in the 400 metres. With a personal best time of 44.14 seconds he is the best non-US 400m runner of all times. He is also co-holder of the world record in 300 metres
