Roberto D'Ettorre Piazzoli

Roberto D’Ettorre Piazzoli is a film-producer working closely with Ovidio G. Assonitis

Born in Rome, he starts working for Italian movie industry in early '60 as cameraman, under the direction of Vittorio De Sica, Damiano Damiani, Marco Ferreri, Florestano Vancini, Mauro Bolognini, Dino Risi, Pasquale Festa Campanile.

As photography director he works at 'L’ultima neve di primavera' and as co-director (under the Robert Barrett's pseudonym) at “Chi sei?” and “Tentacles”, directed by Oliver Hellman (Assonitis' pseudonym). He works under James Cameron for “Piranha II – The Spawning”.

His filmography includes No Place to Hide, Over the Line, Sposi, Fratelli e Sorelle and Laguna.
