Roberta Alma Anastase

Roberta Alma Anastase (born 27 March 1976 in Ploieşti) is a Romanian politician and Member of the European Parliament. She is a member of the Democratic Party, part of the European People's Party–European Democrats, and became an MEP on 1 January 2007 with the accession of Romania to the European Union. She was also a contestant at the 1996 Miss Universe competition.
