Robert Seibert

Robert Seibert is a Professor of Political Science and Chair of the Integrated International Studies Department at Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois. A 1963 graduate of Knox, Seibert received his Ph.D. from Tulane University in 1969. Seibert is considered an expert on the politics of the Middle East and, together with Roy Anderson and Jon Wagner, is the author of Politics and Change in the Middle East, an authoritative text on comparative politics in the Middle East, now in its seventh edition.
Due to his expertise on the Middle East as well as American politics, Seibert has appeared as a commentator on National Public Radio, the British Broadcasting Company, the Canadian Broadcasting Company and Voice of America.
