Robert Latane Montague

Robert Latané Montague (May 23, 1829 - March 2, 1880) was a prominent Virginia politician. He was born in Middlesex County, Virginia. He was a member of the Virginia House of Delegates in 1850 and 1872. He served as Lieutenant Governor of Virginia from 1860 to 1864 and represented the state in the Second Confederate Congress from 1864 to 1865. [1]
