Frost Middle School is a school in the Fairfax County Public Schools System. It is named after the poet Robert Frost.

Most students feed into W. T. Woodson High School for grades 9-12, but some also feed into Falls Church, Oakton High School and Annandale High School. A select few (around 30) also test into Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology.

Frost's student body during the 2005-2006 school year was 64.39% white, 21.04% Asian, 5.49% Hispanic, 3.96% Black, and 5.13% Unspecified. During the same school year, 5.49% of the student body received free/reduced-priced meals. 8.45% were classified as having limited English.

Frost has a very large number of students currently involved in MUN. Some people consider it the "national sport" of Frost. The Frost MUN mascot is the Nagarajotops, named after famed delegate Hareesh Nagaraj.

All students at Frost are required to do community service each quarter. 7th Graders must do 3 hours per quarter, and 8th graders must do 5 hours per quarter. There are several teachers who have things for the students to do, but they can also volunteer at a homeless shelter, soup kitchen, etc.
