Robert Fletcher

Robert James Fletcher (born January 6, 1985) is a British scriptwriter and actor. Often known as "Bob Fletcher" or "Bobby Fletcher", he is in the process of making a career within comedy.

[edit] Early Years
Robert was born in industrial midland city Coventry, England and attended Whitmore Park primary school before moving onto Coventry's highly regarded Coundon Court comprehensive School.

Some of his unproduced work includes sit-com "Happy Medium", Caravan comedy drama "Something For The Weekend" and TV drama "Save Our Souls". Along with writers Steve Pearce and Lisa Wright, Robert wrote and starred in sketch show "Far-Fetched" which appeared at the prestigious Bournemouth Somnambulist Film Festival.

He excelled at drama and music before quickly finding a niche in comedy performance which was nurturted at the Eden Drama Workshop. From here, he went on to appear in several short films and a college play version of Daisy Pulls It Off!. He is currently studying at Bournemouth University, studying Scriptwriting for TV and Film (Hons) where he acted in a performance of Tom Stoppard's Arcadia.
His most recent works, film spoof, "The T Word", a parody of Gordon Ramsay and his show "The F Word" has accumulated over 10,000 hits on community website youtube along with his newest comedic piece "Rogue Grandma's", a parody of the BBC daytime watchdog show Rogue Traders. The film stars his 80 year old grandmother, one of the oldest people to appear on the youtube community along with Geriatric1927.

Robert is an accomplished guitarist and songwriter working with some upcoming Coventry based musicians such as composer Matthew Harper and brother Steven Fletcher; experienced bass player for renown covers group Mr. Ben. In Bournemouth he has worked with director and musician Luke Snellin as part of "The Hand Me Downs" band.
