Robert Benjamin Hilton (1821 – January 10, 1894) was a prominent Confederate politician.

He was born in Virginia, but later moved to Florida. He represented the state in the First Confederate Congress and the Second Confederate Congress from 1862 to 1865. After the war he served briefly as a state court judge in 1867.
