Robert A. Altman is chairman and CEO of ZeniMax Media, parent company of Bethesda Softworks, LLC.

He is married to actress Lynda Carter.

Previously, he was involved with the Bank of Credit and Commerce International and was caught up in that bank's scandal.

In the early 1990s, Altman faced eight felony charges and was on trial in New York for five months. Altman was essentially accused of helping BCCI buy an American bank and lying to US regulators about it.[1] Altman maintained that he himself was duped by the bank.[2] He was acquitted of all charges, though he did agree to be banned from banking under threat of prosecution by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
