Robert Hayles was born in Portsmouth on 21 January 1973. He is a Track cyclist, riding for Great Britain, England and his professional team Recycling.co.uk / MG X-Power / Litespeed.[1] Rob is best known for his achievements in the Team pursuit and Madison events.
