Robert_Kardashian.jpg (220 × 242 pixel, file size: 10 KB, MIME type: image/jpeg)
AP Photo of Robert Kardashian: fair use claimed. This is a very small (approx. 200 pixel width) lo-res thumbnail that could not be very well copied. He was a public figure (attorney) and is known for historical reasons. The photo is just a capture of his face, it does not exhibit artistic creative elements beyond being a clear record of his image. Its use in the article about him adds to the article as he was often seen on television, cable tv and in the media; and is thus known by his image.
