RNA-binding protein

RNA-binding proteins are typically cytoplasmic and nuclear proteins that associate with (bind) and facilitate the translation of RNAs.
Some examples include: translation initiation factors that bind RNA, polyA-binding proteins, other RNA binding proteins that regulate translation, etc.
