Rmgroup message

A rmgroup message is a form of control message which is issued to remove a Usenet newsgroup. Usenet users generally access the Usenet messages, divided into categories known as newsgroups, by connecting to a dedicated server over the Internet; a rmgroup message tells the servers to delete a particular newsgroup. Many Usenet servers are configured to reject a rmgroup message for an active newsgroup.
