[edit] 50 Cent's Political Views

Exactly what grounds do you have for deleting the article that's already been double checked by 2 different Wikipedia watchdogs for neutrality? The article is well-sourced and factually accurate. If you can provide any links that contradict the article then, by all means, post them. However, the only explanation that you gave for deletion was a totally POV one. Don't bother editing articles if you're going to bring your own personal views and biases into it. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 24.35.15.107 (talkcontribs) 03:23, 8 June 2006 (UTC)

This information is false or just unsupported speculation. You're bringing your own personal views and biases into this artical, not me. And my grounds has been given, ou should check the notes before you post messages like this. Rlk89 19:58, 17 June 2006 (UTC)
How is what I posted non-factual? Explain it to me---with facts, not your own personal thoughts. I provided 3 different links supporting the article---all 3 are credible and non-biased. 50 calling Bush a "gangster" is just a small part of the cited sources. He also said that he would have voted for Bush, he said that the slow response to Katrina wasn't Bush's fault, he said that people ought to lay off of Bush a little because so many extraordinary things have happened in his presidency. I challenge you to provide links of your own that refute my links. Until you can, you have no basis for deleting the "political views" article. You're only stated reason for deletion so far is that you don't BELIEVE 50 Cent really means all that. Well, how the hell do you know? Do you personally talk to 50? Again...until you can provide links that contradict my links then you are pretty much vandalizing Wikipedia by deleting things that you don't like. 24.35.15.107 15:17, 18 June 2006 (UTC)
Just because he says that dose, dose not make it true, he has said many things in the past that are not his true beliefs, such as that he "has no beefs with anyone". If you want to post this please post "that he has said" and not that "he beliefs". Like I said he uses word in an unorthodox way. I don’t need links that contradict your links, logic contradicts your text. please don't say that he beliefs, say that he has said. Rlk89 02:48, 19 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Lacrosse

"Lacrosse is USA Lacrosse, UK Lacrosse is a variation of Lacrosse and should be treated as such." Sorry I don't quite get what you mean by this comment? Ozdaren 04:43, 26 June 2006 (UTC)

Sorry, what I meant was that the most standardized version of Lacrosse is the American Version mainly because it draws its roots from the same region. The sport was formed and “tuned” before it traveled out of America and into other continents. Rlk89 19:46, 26 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Joey

Hello, the Joey episodes you are making are stubs, please add
{{tv-stub}}
to them as you make them. Thanks! --Domthedude001 02:18, 6 July 2006 (UTC)
No Problem Rlk89 02:19, 6 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Joey's Magna Doodle

This is mentioned in Friends#Running_gags already. The article isn't likely to turn in to anything more than a stub or to suffer from WP:CRUFT if all of the messages are listed on the page. Better to do something like that on a friends/joey website than an encyclopedia. (aeropagitica) (talk) 16:43, 6 July 2006 (UTC)

Dude I was going to construct this like the simpsons couch gag. Rlk89 16:56, 6 July 2006 (UTC)
Deleted again. please do not recreate - CrazyRussian talk/email 17:14, 6 July 2006 (UTC)
Please don't delete any more without giving me a reason that gose against the previouse post. Why is it any different from the simpsons? Rlk89 17:17, 6 July 2006 (UTC)
If you don't, I will except that your are refuse to participate in discussion and recreate within the day. Rlk89 17:28, 6 July 2006 (UTC)
Your message on my Talk page lacks civility but I will respond. Recreation of previously-deleted material is considered vandalism and can lead to you being blocked from editing for a period of time. You have been given the reasons for the previous deletion - obscurity and WP:CRUFT. This material is more suitable on a Friends/Joey website than an encyclopedia. The difference between the the Magnadoodle and the Simpsons couch gags are that the Simpsons quotes, parodies and satirises many notable artistic, filmic, literary and televisual references in a complex postmodern and intertextual web of meanings and cultural allusions. The Magnadoodle references achieved nothing like this nor were they intended to. As such, they are non-encyclopedic while the Simpsons couch gags are. (aeropagitica) (talk) 00:22, 16 July 2006 (UTC)
Thank you, discussion finished you are right. Rlk89 00:25, 16 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Please Stop

Please stop creating articles whose only content is a stub tag. It is considered vandalism. - Kookykman|(t)e 19:39, 14 July 2006 (UTC)

I'm expanding them right now, sorry "my bad". Rlk89 19:42, 14 July 2006 (UTC)
Add your contributions to the article Donkey Kong (arcade game), and redirect the new articles to that. Thank you. - Kookykman|(t)e 19:44, 14 July 2006 (UTC)
The DK related articles, to clarify. I have nominated the articles on Mario's Early Years! Fun with Letters and Mario's Bombs Away for speedy deletion. The given reason is: it is an article about a person, group of people, band, club, etc. that does not assert the importance or significance of the subject. - Kookykman|(t)e 19:46, 14 July 2006 (UTC)
They were Games released by Nintendo. I am in the process of expanding them. Rlk89 19:50, 14 July 2006 (UTC)
I know who released the games, but these articles are about either A) Clones of Donkey Kong (arcade game), which that article has a section for, or B) Non-notable Game & Watch/SNES Edutainment. The fact that these games were released by Nintendo does not make them instantly notable. - Kookykman|(t)e 19:54, 14 July 2006 (UTC)
Mario's Early Years! Fun with Letters and Mario's Bombs Away deserve thare own artical, I will admit that the donkey kong ones may have to just be a section of the original articals. Rlk89 19:57, 14 July 2006 (UTC)
Dude These are significan subjects and you have now grounds to state otherwize. Rlk89 23:48, 14 July 2006 (UTC)
When do you intend to expand Donkey Kong 2? Note that creating empty stubs may actually discourage articles from being created because a reader at another page will not see that there is a gap that needs to be corrected. Also, remember that any empty article can be speedily deleted according to WP:CSD, so many of these articles will just have to be recreated when you go back to expand them. Why not just wait until you are going to write the article before creating an empty one? —Centrxtalk • 01:13, 16 July 2006 (UTC)
I'll do it right now. Rlk89 01:15, 16 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Re: Help Me

I have a question, should stubs go before templates near the bottom of a page? Rlk89 16:07, 18 July 2006 (UTC)

As a general rule, I place category templates before stubs when cross-referencing a page. Doubtless there are counter-examples of mine but I prefer stubs last. When a page is expanded the stub will disappear but the categories will remain, so this will not disturb the layout of the categories. (aeropagitica) (talk) 19:23, 18 July 2006 (UTC)
Thanks Rlk89 14:05, 19 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Hostile

Please do not send angry messages or use hostile edit summaries when someone is simply trying to fix what he saw as vandalism done to your page. Please remember to be WP:CIVIL and WP:AGF. These are very important things to remember when using our encyclopedia. Thx! =D --mboverload@ 00:31, 23 July 2006 (UTC)

In now way was I hostile, I was asking what gave him or you the right to edit my page? Rlk89 00:51, 23 July 2006 (UTC)
What the user did is that he saw something misplaced and decided to remove it, since you usually do not leave singatures on the userpage. But calling it vandalism is out of line, since that was not vandalism, since he was fixing a mistake by a new person. User:Zscout370 (Return Fire) 00:57, 23 July 2006 (UTC)
First, I never called it vandalism, except when identifying the edit which was a note for reference. The post by the IP address was intended, the revert was not. I can manage my own talk page if I need assistance I will request it. Rlk89 01:12, 23 July 2006 (UTC)
Also Zscout370 don't revert my own edits on my own User page Rlk89 01:19, 23 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Afd tag removal

Please do not remove afd tags from articles as you did here. [2] Afd templates specifically ask you not to remove them and thus it is against Wikipedia policy to do so. If you disagree with the afd place you thoughts in the afd. Thank you.--Jersey Devil 01:25, 24 July 2006 (UTC)

How is the Rocko conflict not resolved? Rlk89 01:51, 24 July 2006 (UTC)
I do not understand what you mean by that. The Afd is ongoing, you are welcomed to add content to the article while it is ongoing, but you can not remove that afd tag. I didn't vote on the afd nor am I going to. I am just letting you know not to do that for future reference as the template specifically asks you not to. If you think that article should be kept go to the afd page and try to convince the other people who voted delete to change their votes.--Jersey Devil 01:55, 24 July 2006 (UTC)
May I ask what you are doing with the redirects?--Jersey Devil 02:07, 24 July 2006 (UTC)
Creating new articles with the necessary citations, two different pages one including cultural references and one containing Rlk89 02:10, 24 July 2006 (UTC)
You should know that it is going to be viewed as you trying to avoid the afd from deleting the page. You should have just waited until the afd was over or tried to make your case in the afd page.--Jersey Devil 02:21, 24 July 2006 (UTC)
The vote was largly for the deletion because of citation issues, I am resolving these issues in the two new articals. Rlk89 02:24, 24 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Edit Summary Usage

When editing an article on Wikipedia there is a small field labeled "Edit summary" under the main edit-box. It looks like this:

Edit summary text box

The text written here will appear on the Recent changes page, in the page revision history, on the diff page, and in the watchlists of users who are watching that article. See m:Help:Edit summary for full information on this feature.

Filling in the edit summary field greatly helps your fellow contributors in understanding what you changed, so please always fill in the edit summary field, especially for big edits or when you are making subtle but important changes, like changing dates or numbers. Thank you. ViridaeTalk 03:36, 25 July 2006 (UTC)

Okey, are you sending this message for some page in which i did not do so? Rlk89 11:04, 25 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Joey and the ESL

If the episode title is "Joey and the House" why is the article titled "Joey and the ESL" ? --Bookgrrl 03:48, 30 July 2006 (UTC)

sorry i copyed and typed it and forgot to change name Rlk89 21:19, 30 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Rocko

There's nothing that this article could become that shouldn't start out in the Rocko main article. If there's a large demand for the creation of a new article, create it later. Sparsefarce 16:57, 10 August 2006 (UTC)

Thare was an artical, but it was deleted because it didn't cite sorces. I have found sorces. So please stop.Rlk89
I'm still skeptical about it being a good article. Even if it's a brilliant, well-sourced article, I don't see anything that couldn't just go in the Rocko's Modern Life article. This material does not warrant it's own article. Just add this info in the main article, and let the community judge it that way. Sparsefarce 17:02, 10 August 2006 (UTC)
This artical was larger than the rocko page itself.Rlk89 17:04, 10 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] CVG Box PR

I removed your link to the Peer Review of List of Mario games by year, because, as you can see by clicking on that link, it doesn't exist. The PR is empty. Also, assuming that you create it, it's common practice to add the link to the PR at the CVG PR page before adding the link to the box. Thank you! --PresN 22:21, 17 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Nicktoons - Rocko, Doug

I've noticed you've been a heavy contributor to the Rocko's Modern Life articles. I'm not sure if you're also a fan of other 90's Nicktoons, but if so, you may want to check out List of Doug episodes, where I've stubbed articles for all of the Doug episodes. Just wanted to let you know it existed. See you around! :) --Czj 01:19, 21 August 2006 (UTC)

I'll do some work on doug when I get a chance, thanks for the suggestion.Rlk89 01:25, 21 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] My O-Town Edit

I mad the edit because it said on the Rocko's Modern Life page that O-Town was on the border of Michigan, and Canada. However, I had hastily made the edit without checking if there was a source for the Michigan/Canada info. It was not vandalism, it was just me making an edit too hastily. --BLuToRsE 04:57, 3 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] O-Town

Greetings! I noticed you left me a message concerning O-Town and Rocko's Modern Life. While I'm a fan of the show, I don't recall editing any articles relating to the program. I do seem to remember making a disambiguation edit (or some such) on an article referring to O-Town, but in this context it was as a nickname for Orlando, Florida. If I've erred, please feel free to undo my edits and please accept my apologies. -- SwissCelt 16:29, 2 October 2006 (UTC)

Ah! I see the problem now. Someone had written, on O-Town (disambiguation), "O-Town is a fictional town in Michigan Rocko's Modern Life". I simply cleaned the language up, writing, "O-Town is a fictional town in the U.S. state of Michigan in the animated series, Rocko's Modern Life." I was not the one who originally stated that O-Town is in Michigan. I simply failed to correct the error. Regards. -- SwissCelt 17:04, 2 October 2006 (UTC)

IESO has been proposed for deletion. An editor felt this organization or company might not yet be notable enough for an article. Please review Wikipedia:Notability (companies and corporations) for the relevant guidelines. If you can improve the article to address these concerns, please do so.

If no one objects to the deletion within five days by removing the prod notice, the article may be deleted without further discussion. If you remove the prod notice, the deletion process will stop, but if an editor is still not satisfied that the article meets Wikipedia guidelines, it may be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion for consensus. [edit] Colbert

Please stop messing around with the Colbert case. You expressed your intention of having vandalised yourself (on Talk:Reality); then you "congratulated" PopeofPeru, now you re-create his userpage. It was deleted for a reason. You are on thin ice. Be warned that admins have absolutely no sense of humour when it comes to this incident. I unblocked Pope because I was reasonably confident he wouldn't be doing it again; I'm not so sure about you. Fut.Perf. 14:54, 30 January 2007 (UTC)
